Who is responsible for your information

3K Casa Ltd, trading as Denis & Oz, is the data controller for the information described here. Our website and enquiry form are run on our behalf by Keep and Webster, who you can reach for anything about this notice at louis@keepandwebster.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, which are required so that we can reply, and optionally your phone number, the property's postcode, its type, whether it is empty or lived in, how many bedrooms it has and when you need it staged. Whatever you write in the message box reaches us as you wrote it.

We do not collect anything else. There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no social media embed, so nothing is gathered about you as you read these pages.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and to carry out the work if you go ahead. Where you have asked us to quote, our lawful basis is that we are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where your enquiry is a general question, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else handles it

The enquiry form is delivered by Formspree, which passes submissions on to us by email and keeps a copy on its own servers. Formspree is a United States company and processes submissions in the United States, under the safeguards set out in its privacy policy. Our email provider also stores your message, as it would any email you sent us directly.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not become work, we delete it once twelve months have passed since we last heard from you. We do this by hand at the end of each month, so your details may be kept for up to a month longer than that, and never more than thirteen months in all. Property moves slowly and people come back months later, which is why it is not shorter.

The copy Formspree keeps of your enquiry is deleted at the same monthly review.

If your enquiry becomes a job, the details form part of our business records and we keep them for six years, which is the period HMRC expects for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email louis@keepandwebster.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no third-party fonts, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner asking you to.
