The process
Consultation
It starts with a conversation about the property and what you want from it. We then visit to take measurements, assess the layout and identify the features worth making the most of.
Selection
We choose furniture, artwork and décor from our warehouse to suit the property and the buyers or tenants it is aimed at.
Installation
Our team brings everything together on site and styles it room by room, leaving a property that feels welcoming, works as a home and is ready to photograph.
Collection
Once the property is sold or let, we collect everything and leave it as we found it. Nothing for you to move, store or return.
Common questions
How long does staging take?
Around a week from the first consultation to a finished, styled property, though it depends on the size of the property and where it is. If you are working to a photography date or a launch, tell us and we will work back from it.
Do I need to move out?
No. We work with occupied homes as well as empty ones. If you are still living there we edit and restyle what you already have, adding pieces where a room needs them. If the property is empty, we furnish and style it from scratch.
How long do I keep the furniture?
For as long as the property needs it. The hire period is agreed as part of your quotation rather than fixed in advance, and it can be extended if the sale or the let takes longer than expected. We collect everything once the property is sold or let.
What does it cost?
Every property is quoted individually. The price depends on the size of the property, how many rooms are being staged and how long you need the furniture, so a published price list would be wrong for almost everyone. Tell us about your property and we will come back with a free quotation.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in central London and cover the surrounding boroughs. If your property is further out, ask — we will travel for the right project.
